That first picture does not look like Stevie at all. Are you sure it's her?

That first picture does not look like Stevie at all. Are you sure it's her? That's Stevie, all right. I saw these cool pics on eBay the other day. In that top one, she's lying down at the Carlton Towers, where Fleetwood Mac was staying when they played London in June 1980.

In the other two, Stevie's backstage at the Peace Sunday show at the Rose Bowl in '82.

Uhmmm - - - personally I think it looks EXACTLY like her!

Anyway I think these photos are GOLD; it's very nice to see them! A million kudos to the poster! :)

I think it's very nice to see a photo of her just relaxing, chilling on the phone and "being herself." No chiffon, no high boots, jus "chillin" in the motel room.

I wonder what shes drinking in the 1st pic? I keep trying to zoom in near the phone to see if any coke is lined up on the side table. This thread is the most exciting since half of that BN's show surfaced!

People add your silly captions now!

I love this picture, I really dig candid shots. I can't stop laughing about the red shoes and the blue pantyhose and the white sweater. What a terrific combination...glad to know I am not the only one that dresses like *that* when no one is around.

Um I think those are actually black pantyhose. and isnt that a t-shirt? maybe she's just keeping warm until she puts on the rest of her outfit before showtime?

The hose look blue or purple but I agree, she looks like she is wearing a Tshirt. I cannot stop staring at the wine glass....with what appears to be...milk  in it. Any other guesses?

It's wine. White wine. Probably a Chardonnay. The camera flash just made it appear white.

There's a white pillow behind it so I believe you may actually be seeing the
white color through that.

Then again, Stevie does like dancing in the rain so,
Maybe it's a Pina Colada!

Really though, I betcha it's transparent (white - can't win with the English language sometimes  ) wine with a white pillow behind it.

Was I seeing things, or did you photoshop the photo so she was giving the finger? That's what struck me funny. Could you post that one?

In the marionette pictures, Stevie is supporting a very strange baby arm sticking out of her left sleeve.

If you're saying what I think you are, she's just idly holding her left arm up way high, with her hand near her hip, as she's playing with the puppet with her right hand - and her arm is obscured by her dress. Just like anyone else, she's just simply not paying much attention to the one arm as she concentrates on what she's doing with the other. She's a Gemini, she can't live on just one, and it's gonna have to live on it's lonesome for a little while!
(Just trying for a little jokie! . . . :] )

ANY-way, yeah, I think she's just idly putting it any ol' place as she plays.

I absolutely love those pictures, especially the first one and the others with the marionette. And I love her outfit-so late seventies/early eighties *sigh* Why was I only 4-5 back then??*sigh*

It's your mommy & daddy's fault.
I punish mine every day for not overexposing me to media when I was a youngin'. I didn't see MTV until I was a sophomore in highschool; we didn't have a TV when I was young.
A travesty, is what it is. I could've been Mac-ing out my whole life, as I was born in '74.
I seethe with rage at my upbringing.

Come on now guys, it's probably sparkling grapejuice!

OFF-TOPIC
In my case the problem is that even if I were overexposed (or had been born earlier,:p ), I probably wouldn't have been FM "educated" anyway. I 've written it a couple of times before on the forum, FM was never popular where I live and the first time I heard of them was when "Little Lies" and "Everywhere" (as well as "Rooms on Fire", a bit later) were sort of maistream popular songs in the late eighties. I became a real fan very much later and now, -as chessy as it may sound- sometimes I wonder why have I not been listening to Stevie's songs all my life, especially when I listen to "Storms" or "Sara".

I punish mine for not having me right after they married. I should have been born around '67 or '68 - I TOTALLY could have seen Mac back in the day.

Eh - who am I kidding, my mom would have been dragging me all over to see Elvis & with my luck I would have ended up loving disco.
