I don't understand it. Why on earth would somebody let a hat autographed by the president, Nicks and Jackson get torn up like that? I think there is a story behind the hat's condition.

I wouldn't knock that "perv President". If the worst thing Bush ever did was get a bj from an intern, the US would be in much better shape.
