MODERATORS NEEDED !!!!

I am thrilled to see the great responses to Josh's posting of "Ooh My Love". The interpretations I've read are very insightful and I'm sure that the final interpretation will be wonderful.

Can you believe it? October is almost here and we need interpretation moderators for the next few months - optimally 2 per month.


Remember, you have to option of doing a song which has not yet been interpreted on the Ledge or doing a completely NEW interpretation of a song that has already been done.

Hopefully, by the end of the week, I'll have a list of the songs which have yet to be interpreted posted up on this board. This may help in deciding which tunes you would like to put up for interpretation.

I'm not sure what you mean here linds...are you talking about being a moderator and writing the final interpretation for a song that has already been interpreted once or are you saying that you want to "add to" an interpretation that already exists?

I know that seems confusing, but I think it's pretty clear.

There was very little interest in "adding to" an existing interp., so this option is not being offered. The option that IS available is to write a completely new interpretation for a song that was already interpreted on the "old" Ledge. Make sense?

For example: Next month Becky is going to put up Silver Springs for a new interpretation. We'll all interpret the song as if the old interp. doesn't exist. She'll compile all the individual interps and write the final interp. which will be added to the others.


I think many of the Ledgies are under the impression that interpretations have to be long philosophical diatribes, but that's totally inaccurate. It can be as simple or complex as the writer wishes it to be. So, don't be unnerved at the thought of doind an interp....try it - you'll do fine!!

If you want to try one just yell and ye'll set it up for next month or some time the near future.
