Hey Everyone
Well I was stumbling through the archives as I do so very often;but every time I go there I have to stop and pay homage to my favorite Mac article- "The True Life Confessions of Fleetwood Mac."Before I go on and on about it I wanted to ask you to tell me your favorite artical?
Who would not like this artical???It caught them at the right place, at the right time, doing the right things musically(even though I love all their other albums)and they had the perfect rock reporter in Camerone Crowe to script it in a magazine.Of course we can't go without mentioning Annie Lebowitz who got a great shot of them for the cover which started even more "Rumours".
The whole artical in itself is amazing.Crowe started off the by telling the readers that "all members were interviewed seperately".How much more intimate can you get?Lucky for him he knew all this stuff(well of course not everything -oh to be a fly on the wall during that recording session)before the whole country did.
I had the time or should I say to much time and decided to take the liberty and post my favorite qoutes(and my opinions of course):
"I'm sitting there in the studio and I get a lump in my throat-especially when you turn around and the writers sitting right there..."-J.M
(poor John-they still loved eachother) :(
"Everybody was pretty weirded out..."-C.M.
(Chris somes it up in a line of words) ;)
"That's what we were doing.Being part of Fleetwood Mac,playing the ups and downs..."-M.F

"I feel really lucky that I had the opportunity to go through some of the heartaches and shi# we've been through the past year..."-L.B
(sarcasm is your best friend in situations like these Lindsey, although I'm sure you did grow a bit because of it) :rolleyes:
"Try working with your secreatary,in a raucous office and then come home with her everynight,see how long you could stand her.I could be no comfort to Lindsey when he needed comfort..."-S.N.
(see Stevie loved him so much that she had to break it up because they weren't happy;then they get even more miserable,isn't that ironic) :confused:
Qoute that hurt a bit to read cause I'm such a hopeless romantic:
"I'm surprised we lasted as long as we did..."L.B.
(about Stevie-gees Lindz that kinda hurt) :eek:
Best qoute summed up by someone on the outside talking about Lindsey:
