has anyone ever written anything for you... wait, i got a little distracted there... has anyone heard anything about stevie playing in vegas again this year? is it happening? i'm dying to see her again. i'd give a ball to see her again, maybe both balls! they're useless anyway! so, anyone? ANYONE? heard anything?

Well, she didn't do Rock and Roll or Circle Dance last year so I would love to see them added to the set list of she plays in Vegas again. :nod:

Having never been to a Chris show, I'm sure I could say the same.

She played the same old shit every tour as well.

Actually Chris was pretty good for mixing it up...Who is the one who wanted to do Just Crazy Love for The Dance? hmmm....

Oh, and Stevie....haven't heard about Vegas, I'm choosing to vaguely believe the rumor that the whole Mac will tour in 2007. I'm theoretically "saving up" for that event (which doesn't exist yet).

random note - it suddenly struck me as strange that Stevie was 35 during U.S. Festival, Wild Heart. She seemed younger.

I KNOW! I think about this often. The fact that she was in her 30's for BD & TWH kills me, she seemed so much younger to me. So happy, so free, so active. Must have been the coke. :p

Then, RAL. She definitely seemed late 30's (even early 40's) to me. Wild & crazy, yes, but more haggard at times, kind of tired. But TITN & TOSOTM? Back to seeming younger than her age to me. :shrug: Weird.

Actually...it was probably a "band" decision to keep the set list within the Rumours era...

But Chris has said in several interviews (oh Mary Anne!!! Ahh...she never comes over to the Stevie forum...damn!) That she would always love to go back and do "Come a Little Bit Closer", "Homeward Bound", etc...

And hey...she did Brown Eyes on the TITN tour. When is the last time Stevie did Angel, Storms (Bob Welch and Friends doesn't count)? These are wonderful songs Stevie...let's hear them please!?!
