Believe it or not (hope I'm not persecuted for saying this...don't want another Cool Water incident...;) I do not have the Enchanted Box Set:eek: :shrug: Just never got around to it...I'm still just as big a fan as many others... Oddly enough, I always thought it was just a greatest hits compilation (Which it seems to be the case with Disc 1 & 2) But Disc 3 has all those rare demos/outtakes, whatever, that I always thought you could only get through trading...which I don't have the time for, anymore. So I was wondering, if it wasn't too much trouble, if someone could send me Disc 3. (The mp3 files, or whatever they're officially called) I have Limewire, but I'm always paranoid that I'm going to get bad quality/not the full song...etc

I think many fans don't trade commercially available music. I may be wrong... but... why don't you just go buy it? You can get pretty good deals on eBay. :shrug:

I think I will probably just get it soon, I was just really anxious to hear it... But, I guess it would be nice to have the whole set...Are the songs remastered?:shrug:

I don't believe anything on Enchanted is remastered, though I could be wrong. And there a few things on the first two discs that are also unavailable elsewhere on CD: "Garbo" and "One More Big Time Rock And Roll Star" are b-sides, "Edge Of Seventeen" is the (killer) live version from the 1981 HBO special (same source as "Gold And Braid" on disc 3), "I Can't Wait" is an extended mix, and the four songs from Street Angel all are different mixes as well.

All of Enchanted is remastered (but not remixed). Check the loudness on any track on any of the three cds against the original cd version.

You should buy it, not for the commercial released crap- for that im not concerned, but because its a fabulous box! Fabulous pics, of course none of her in the 10 years leading up tot he box. Its a gorgeous set, and yes disk 3 is fabulous. I had never heard the songs on it when i got it years ago... (before the big mp3 trade online).

Oh battle of the dragon, gold and braid, twisted ( reall like that), and Violet and Blue... oh i love that.

Just buy it dammit! You shant regret spending the $$. I would be most happy to burn it for you and send over but i want you to have the real thing.. of any of stevies released cd's, enchanted is the prize to have... the most beautiful!

It's already on my list:D ... I thought it over and, I'm really anxious to get it. Battle Of The Dragon sounds really cool :cool: (and I think I read the lyrics once, and like it...not sure though)I kinda realized that I had to just get it after I posted the original request. You could always check the used section of a local record store too. There's one here in town called Cheapo that had a box set for sale for like $20 I think, and it was in good condition.
