My local dj (wbos boston) informed listeners that Stevie and Tom Petty were among the performers at this years special olympics concert at the white house. I haven't found a thing about and wonder if the dj was mistaken, and referring to the concert that was televised a few years back. So, I thought I'd ask you experts!

Hi Josie, thanks for the heads up :) . I haven't read or heard anything about it, I guess the dj was mistaken. Has anyone else heard about this?

Is Bush required to attend the concert if he's scheduled to compete in one of the special races?

It's most likely old news. They screwed up here once, started talking about something that had happened 2 years before.
