No more animated avatars?

When I try to upload a new avatar, it gives me a vBulletin Message that says "You may not upload animated images." It also gives the same message if I try to hotlink it.

Is this a new rule, or a glitch?

I just realized that image was too large (65x65). I reduced it to 50x50, but it still didn't work. The new filesize is 13k.

Apparently, this is a new option I did not know about. I do not mind if people use animated avatars-- I flipped it on so it should work for you now. Please let me know if there are any further issues. BTW, Supporting Ledgies do have the option to upload larger avatars-- up to 75x75.
