Oh I could share a few stories here. First off, after seeing the first show in Columbus in '03, I was staying with my friend in CLeveland, and on Friday the 9th, I drove all the way from Cleveland to D.C for the show that night. Then the next morning I got up at 6 A.M for the drive back to Cleveland, picked up my friend, drove to Pittsburgh for the show on the 10th, then drove all the way back to Cleveland that night. 1,000 miles of driving there. Then later on in '03, when I was a bit cash strapped, for the Kansas City,Grand Forks,Chicago, and Omaha shows, I drove to see the show from Minneapolis, then drove back thru the night back home to save money. ANd finally, back in July I left here on the 12th at like 11 A.M and drove straight through to Tampa on the 13th for the show. 23.5 hours, 1,150 miles. Hey man, when it comes to Stevie/Fmac, there's pretty much nothing I wont do to get to a show. I know I'm nuts, but what the hell right? :woohoo:

Another thing that's so cool for you is that living on the East coast, you have all of those venues that are pretty close to each other. Liveing here in the Midwest isnt bad either, casue you have both the east and west coast evenly apart.

I almost forgot my favorite. My 700 mile journey to Cincinnati Ohio on October 3, 1997 to see Fleetwood Mac for the first time after having listened to them for 20 years. The feeling I got when they walked on stage that night I cant possibly explain.

I pawned my bass guitar to buy ONE ticket to see Fleetwood Mac on the Say You WIll tour.
It still hurts my heart to think about it.

But it was probably worth it to you, and that's all that really matters.

I went with my Algebra teacher to the Grand Rapids show on the Gold Dust Tour! Drove four hours there and four hours back with her. It was sooooo much fun and I'm so happy she took me along for the ride (No, I'm not just saying that because she's here, either!) I had so many friends think I was crazy. "YOU WENT WITH A TEACHER?!!?!" :D

Nothing.
I go when I can and when I can afford it. Bills and food on the table is more important....and not getting into debit.

I admire you for that. A good level head. I wish I could say the same for myself, but that's my fault and no one elses.
