[Haunted Song]

These photos are from the Street Angel tour ~ Riverside Theatre in Milwaukee on August 13, 1994. The "Blue Denim" video that filmed that night -- Stevie performed it 3 times and kept apologizing to the audience about having to repeat it. You can see one of the cameras in the 2nd photo.

PS, also meant to add. Weird when and what Stevie decides to re-pull from her closet. Hadn't seen that brocade looking jacket from the first couple of pics since Lori wore it on the WH insert.

I think she looks great and radiant - I also think she does not look huge.

Also, that Turandot esq. floral cape looks like a version of the jacket she is wearing on the current pic on the nicksfix, though that SA one is not a jacket.

I love how her Scarlett O'Hara Curtain Dress Looking Thing is cut on the angle. Makes her look slim.

The Street Angel Tour is and has been one of my favorite tours. I don't care how big she was, she put on a kick ass performance. I have 4/5 video bootlegs from the tour and I love every one of them. She changed clothes a lot and sang the hell out of all the songs. Talk To Me, Rooms on Fire, and Stand Back were all highlights.

I was at that show and would love to see some pix if you were there :nod: I just took some with a disposable and no flash from the 3rd row--so long story short--crappy pix!! I didn't really get into the whole camera thing until the SYW shows.....

On a related note, I was in Milwaukee at the same time for a baseball game, and I was walking in downtown when I saw the marquee outside the theater with the concert ad on it. I inquired about tickets, but they were sold out. BUMMER

Why on Earth does everyone say she was fat and ugly during Street Angel? She looks great to me. The only time she looked truely bad was the Inagaration.

I saw many of the Street Angel shows and always thought she looked and sounded amazing! I wasn't a big fan of the hair, but besides that I'm not sure why people think that. :shrug:

I love that coat, too. I believe it's the same one she wore for the promo shot for the White Winged Dove HBO concert in '81.

HA! Spot it, and for the next month or so, it's all you'll come across. I am way into pics of Stevie w/ her #3 necklace, and when I found a few, next thing I knew there were DOZENS! She really goes thru spurts of wearing certain items. This seemed to be her fav jacket for a good 3 months or so. Funny. Wonder if it's a Margi design.
