:D

No Questions Asked? Is better.

Two Kinds Of Love? Has a little magic in it.

But if I were picking for 'the team', I would choose No Questions Asked first.

"No Questions Asked." "Two Kinds of Love" is a snoozer.

Yup.. Imagine the horror if Rupert's vocal had been used instead of Bruce's.

No Questions Asked is better, IMO. As someone else stated, Two Kinds of Love has wierd lyrics... "One for the way you walk...you say I hate this..." the melody sounds off too, IMO.

I actually like both songs. Two Kinds of Love does have its share of snoozables here and there and to me NQA doesn't, so that's why I chose it.

No Questions Asked. Two Kinds Of Love doesn't blow my skirt up at all.

NQA, no doubt. It's one of my favorite FM songs with Stevie. I love the music in all the versions I've heard as well as the vocals and a lot of the lyrics. I don't like "Two Kinds of Love" at all.

....but you own a Britney album?

I love them both, but NQA has lyrics that I can relate to better.

Ok I went back and listened to NQA. I'll agree it's a really good song but not better than TKOL IMO. Now my question is, why is this song on 2 FM greatest hits albums? It wasn't a hit for them was it? I'm totally confused. And to put it on not one but TWO GH albums makes absolutely no sense. Someone please explain this to me. Was it even ever released as a single? Nicksfix says B-side of Hold Me. Big deal.

No Questions Asked! I detest TKOL with a passion. It drones on, and has crappy lyrics, imo. And, live....someone shoot me! Please? I've heard that song live way too damn many times within the past months.

While I do like "No Questions Asked" as a whole better, the chorus in "Two Kinds of Love" gives me chills every time! Great harmonies!!

I like NQA better. It rocks whereas 2 Kinds of Love is sort of sappy. Perhaps it could have been better with different production and no Bruce Hornsby.

What is up with this poll ? It is like asking me if I prefer genital herpes or chlamydia. Both of these songs are garbage.

Lemme see......? Which antibiotic am I NOT allergic to ?

This was a tougher choice than the one between NQA & PD. I love both of these songs! I had to go with Two Kinds Of Love. Sure, some of the lyrics are a bit shonky, but I love her voice in it and the chorus rocks!

... they obviously know what their best songs are ;)

.. but as a side note, i thought it was odd that "Save Me" did not make the Very Best of 2-CD set... it was a single and there was even a video for it... doesnt make sense to me why they left that one out

Also, when my best friend bought the Green Album (before I did) she was really surprised that it didn't have "Landslide" or "The Chain." Or was "Landslide" that big of a hit? Before the Dixie Chicks covered it?

I like NQA a lot better. It's just a better song, IMO.

As far as "Save Me" - it definitely should have made TVBOFM. I remember hearing it on the radio back when it first came out. Great song.

But that still doesn't answer my question as to why this was on 2 of their greatest hits when it was never a hit or released on an album??

It's funny, cuz i didnt even realize that they had omitted it until like a month ago... i was really in the mood to hear and i was looking at the track listing for both discs trying to find it and was like, wtf??

NQA, no doubt about it. Of course, I will defend NQA until the cows come home because I love it to death.

Two Kinds of Love is utter crap. I cringe every time I hear it. Not to mention the atrocious saxaphone makes it ten times worse. I hate that cheesy sax sound (except for in Talk to Me, the only song where it is cool). :woohoo:

Landslide was doing just fine befor the Dixie Chicks covered it! (I am not a dixie chic hater, I like the version on divas live where they sing it w/Stevie.)

NQA takes home the prize on this one. I just adore every aspect of this song so much, whereas Two Kinds of Love just has a few moments of brilliance for me. Well alright, there's only one moment and that's when Stevie sings "one for the way you love me" b/c it sounds really sexy live. But yea, that's brilliance in my book:thumbsup:

Two Kinds of Love is better by far. It's a great ballad with a fantastic chorus, & the way that the bridge melts back into the verse just melts your heart.

That other song is really just a piece of leftover. It's an amusical mess. It's like a heavy metal song without the overdrive & crunching guitars. I don't know whether it's flotsam or jetsam, but it's a mess.

I like them both about the same, and that's not saying a lot. Every once in awhile I get in the mood to listen to them. Not bad songs, not great ones either.
