Well guys (and gals), sorry I have been on this huge hibernation lately in the past few weeks...

But I've had a hectic couple of weeks with moving and such, won't bother with the details...but I am coming back!

And thanks for all the support once again I'm receiving from friends, as well as the "are you ok? are you alive? where's the update?" emails

I just discovered something amazing on my computer's dvd player...it can take 800x640 screenshots....and I have captured approximately 870 photos from the red rocks dvd (1985, not the latest concert lol) and I will be putting a huge gallery on the website hopefully this weekend...

And seeing how I didn't create this hideous dvd concert, I would care less if anyone saved or used the photos...I'm just making them appear lol Some of them are kinda funny...but I am weeding out the bad ones that you can't see...

And man have I been missing out, with Stevie's dad passing away, and Peter Jennings, and now Christopher Reeve's wife has lung cancer? I can't imagine how Stevie is feeling right now...

I'm sure she will be writing a lot these coming days..

So, does my computer DVD player do that too?

I have the WinDVD 5 Suite
and on my player it has a little camera icon on the upper right where when I click it, it captures the photo

I was bummed because all the pics I could find of red rocks were kinda dull...so I got a lot of those fake-up-close-im-not-trying-to-look-stoned shots...and some great ones of lori and sharon...

It took me about all day to do, but darnit, it was fun

if you have 4...try doing this...

When playing a movie...right click anywhere on the movie and there should be a bookmark/capture image menu...

then you should be able to save em

And thanks everyone, glad to be back :)

Amber, I'll give ya another fun tip with WinDVD...

When you are playing your movie...if you detatch your player functions from the video screen...you will see a little arrow tab on the right hand side.

If you click on it, then go to Audio Effect, you can change the pitch of the movie you are watching...which I have watched red rocks and the live in boston...

especially on Beautiful Child, if you turn the pitch up one tab, it sounds like the same pitch Stevie sang in 1979, it's wild.
