Tourbook: Can you find it in your heart?

I'm in the UK and I can't get over to the States again this year (having seen Stevie three times in Vegas earlier this Summer).

Could anyone find the kindness in their heart to pick up the latest tourbook for me please? Naturally I'll pay you plus shipping costs etc.

I can't afford to pay $150 via eBay, please don't make me!!
