How far back does The Ledge go? Does that mean that there has been more than one board and people have had to re-register before?The Ledge goes back to 1997, when we originally had a single board.
At some point in the first year it split into four boards.... Fleetwood Mac (referred to as "Ledge 1"), Lindsey Buckingham ("Ledge 2"), Stevie Nicks ("Ledge 3") and Interpretations ("Ledge 4").

Without getting into specifics about old feuds that are better left in the past, Marty decided it was best to close the original Ledge around 1999 (if I remember the time-period correctly).

In May of 2000, The Ledge returned better than ever, IMO... pretty much as you see it now. :)

Oh my gosh, you bring back so many memories! I "found" the Ledge in 1997 after seeing the MTV promos for The Dance. On the promos I remember Stevie saying in a voiceover something like "I can't wait to be on the same stage with Lindsey singing again." Well, I was hooked just from the commercial and I went looking on the internet for info. They were coming to my area, So. FL in a month or so and I wasn't intending to get a ticket. Then I started to read the reviews of the shows before mine. I had to go! I got myself a tic and went and the rest is history.

That was when all of the song interps were going on--I even did one for "I Know I'm Not Wrong". I remember Lauren, Marissa, Ann, ChilliD, Villavic, Janet, John B., Les and Hayley as some of the people who were always on. Ah, the good old days!!
