Hey I was just wondering what this place is like, being within a fairgrounds. I mean, it's not some place where all the hayseeds with no teeth go to the tractor pulls is it? I'll be at the show next week, so I was just wondering.

I am going to this show too and am not looking forward to the atmosphere because it is a million and five degrees here in Florida. I love Stevie and it will be a great show, but why wouldn't she do an indoor venue? I am much more excited about the Miami show because it is inside and air conditioned.
I was born in Tampa and it is not like a Hick town so it should be fine as far as that goes. The only thing to worry about is the extreme humidity. Bring one of those Evian spray bottles and you can mist yourself through the show. :wavey:

Did you get those via ticketmaster or did you go through a broker? I still don't have tickets for that show either and I am getting worried. I may just order though a broker and throw in the towel. I just don't want this whole thing to backfire on me and end up sitting in the nosebleed sections. I threw back 11th row for the Sunrise show this morning, but maybe that was a big mistake... I am just so used to the first five rows now that 11th row seems so far away!

to the Ford Ampitheatre. It was for a Skynrd concert. It was pretty toothless that night...lol!
I doubt it will be like that for Stevie. First, the lawn is not even going to be open so that should get rid of a lot of that problem.
The place is pretty nice. It has only been open about a year. The seating section is covered. I am sure it will still be hot though. It was 83 here this morning at 6 a.m. Maybe Hurricane Dennis will cool things off a bit? lol
I have second row center tickets!! woo hoo!! :blob2:

I'm jealous! How'd you get the second row center seats?
And I hope this Hurricane doesn't cause any canceled shows. It is headed FL and Texas bound. And next week there are shows in both FL and Texas!

I got my tickets through a broker. I paid out the butt for them but it is worth it to me. Oh well...
I think the hurricane should be way over and done with by then. It is supposed to be the worst here on Saturday. Watch over Panhandle...it is coming your way again.

I may do this too and buy from a broker. It is getting a little close too close for comfort. The show is in five days!
