Who is M.H.?

In Stevie's 9/11 journals, she refers to M.H. calling her from Toronto. Has anybody wondered (as I have when I have nothing better to do!) who this is? Boyfriend? Crew member? Special interest?
The closest I've come is Michael Hodgson, who has worked on Stevie's album art in the past, and has also worked on Backstreet Boys art.
Any clues to a relationship?

Yes, she was referring to her tour manager, Marty Hom (who is still with her).
