Yer welcome! Besides the Stevie bits, the whole episode is pretty damn funny.

The episode starts with the kids standing at the bus stop in gas masks, just so ya know for sure it's the right episode. (I know I always get nervous while anxiously awaiting for something I've never seen... :D )

no, that never happens. This is the episode where stevie is doing a USO show and a goat sent to the boys of south park is mistaken for stevie. The goat is then kidnapped and is continually mistaken for Stevie. Stevie never actually appears in the episode and it is not clear why she would not have showed up for her own USO show.
