Never heard of a boot under that name, but I see it is listed in the Penguin's discography: Offhand (http://www.fleetwoodmac.net/penguin/albums/offhand.htm)
From the list of musicians and the track list given on the webpage you listed, the date given is clearly wrong - it would be '74, not '73 - and it's almost certainly a repackaging of the well-circulated Sausalito Record Plant radio show recording. That is the same conclusion that is noted on the Penguin discography page. If that is the source, the sound quality should be excellent. See these threads for more detailed info:
1971-1974 live recordings? (http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=12676)
Bermuda Triangle Live (http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=12586)
Checking GEMM, there are copies of Offhand available for considerably less than $90: Fleetwood Mac - Offhand (http://www.gemm.com/ddc/search.pl?&disp_ad_format_mode=0&artist=FLEETWOOD+MAC&&&title=OFFHAND&&)
If you're into collecting rare bootleg LPs it might be worth the price to you, but it's very easy to obtain the music that it contains for a small fraction of the cost.

I second this.
Yes, the year of the recording is false. It is just a repackaging of the Sausalito Record Plant recording. If "Angel" & "Bermuda Triangle" are on the album, there's no WAY it could be from 1973...those songs weren't written or recorded until 1974.
$90 is a steep price to pay for music you can download or trade for free.

I agree that this is just the Sausalito boot. That's a very strange looking cover though.
