Yeah I know another thread mentions this, but does anyone know when tixs go on sale? It seems kinda pathatic that the Chronicle is the first to know about this...ticketmaster, the pavilion homepage and nixsfix all are blank. What gives?

Your guess is as good as mine. The same is to be said for San Diego. It's listed on Taku's site, but not yet up on ticketmaster. A presale for the show AFTER the alleged SD show happens on 6-1 (anaheim). It's all wierd, and it's happened like this before, but it IS irritating. I guess there are issues that need to be secured before they officially list dates.

As far as San Diego goes, Eminem is going to be at that venue the night before Stevie is scheduled to be there. Can you imagine the CRAP that the venue people will have to clean up that night. OMG! :distress:
I hope Stevie doesn't slip on a leftover used condom or anything.

Okay... I'm starting to get excited here... first a SD date, now a SF date... keep going north Stevie... PLEASE stop in Portland!!!! PLEASE!!

I'd definitely be back in the rush for a front row seat... after that LV nosebleed experience.

Tickets for the middle-of-nowhere show (oops, Concord) will probably go sale sometime this week. I'd keep checking Ticketmaster. The two LA shows go on sale this Wednesday.

Here's hoping on the way to San Francisco she keeps going and appears in Portland or Seattle!!
(I moved away from California last fall and while I would not mind a trip to San Francisco/Concord/Mountain View it would be nice not to have to travel for a concert)

Concord?! :distress: Ugh. The Chronicle Pavilion is a decent venue, but it's located in a hole-in-the-wall town (no offense, Concordians! :woohoo: )

I think Shoreline would be a much better choice if she's only doing 1 Bay Area show... :)

I totally agree.

I'm not thrilled with the Pavilion either, but it unlike Shoreline, it is accessible by public transportation from San Francisco. In addition, Shoreline is a monstrosity and gets very cold and windy. It's also too big for Stevie; there would be so many empty seats.

That's half the fun man! There's nothing like being curled up in a blanket listening to Neil Young and Paul McCartney or Sting and Annie Lennox...getting that contact high. That's good times yo.

I think Shoreline sucks, a lot. It's really cold, whereas Concord is warm. Also, I would not be able to get to shoreline without a car, whereas I can get to concord. Also, Did I mention it's cold? Blergh. Also, Concord has way better sound than shoreline. If I never go to shoreline again, that will be just fine. (Unless it's warm).

San Diego is now listed at HOB.com for 7-23-05!! :blob2: Tickets go on sale on 6-6, the same day they go on sale for Anaheim. I need to get tickets for both shows. Has anyone ever tried logging on to two different computers for two different shows but using the same credit card?? I need to find that out because I don't want it to kick me out if I pull good seats for one or the other (Or both if I get lucky enough!) Any of you guys know the answer to my question?

I just called ticketmaster. The guy told me if you try to use the SAME credit card for 2 different transactions it'll cancel both orders. So, I guess I'll just have to pick one, then go back and forth to see if either comes up with anything good. (Unless I open another credit card account...hmmm)

Thanks anyway Amber!
There is a presale for Anaheim tomorrow, and if I get lucky on that then I can just worry about SD on monday. But if this presale goes anything like the Florida ones have gone, it's gonna suck.

Ahh, the sport of ticket-hunting. What a game we all play with this sh*t, huh?

Even at different venues? Did you clearly ask at different venues? That's hella lame! What, they think people would never want to go to TWO concerts?

^ Yeah, I asked that. They said they had to be careful with credit card fraud. Whatever...

{in a creeky old lady kinda voice} ... "back when I was a kid, not only did I have to walk a mile in the snow until my feet bled,"..... (hehe) but we NEVER bought concert tickets from a ticketing agency like Ticketmaster. We always bought them from a broker, but the brokers NEVER charged the outrageous prices they do now. It was more like $10 or $20 over face value and that's about it. Of course, I don't remember EVER being in the first 10 rows either, we were always quite a ways back where there was typically less security and more smoking action. :woohoo: :D

I love the cold! And of course Concord is warmer, it's only about 2 miles north of Hell... :p ;)

That's about 10 degrees above my comfort zone

But if I'm gonna face the fires of hell, Stevie's the one to do it for! (Well, her and Colin Farrell, but he hates Concord too... :) )
