I'm only on Outside the Rain at this point, but hoshit, she must have saved her best performance for the last night. She sounds like a different woman compared to the bored, reserved little thing on the other bootlegs from Tuesday and Wednesday.
And, of course, thanks to the lovely Sara.

She belts out that jibberish in her high voice on OTR...I about wet myself
Stand Back is okay...just makes me think of the SYW tour
I like GDW on this one
And I'm very impressed with how Sorcerer sounds - she definitely does sound more in her comfort zone in this song
And I'm happy to say...I'm glad Stevie got a drummer who can play Rhiannon right (the rock version) I think the versions on TISL and Enchanted were really blah, there was no punch...but this guy plays it sorta like the HBO show in bella donna tour
Can't wait to hear the 2nd half if it comes up for download later

Oh my God!!! My memories from this night are flooding back!!! Thanks so much for posting this. Outside the Rain rocks! She really goes crazy and you can't even make out what she is saying (it is practically in tongues). Seriously I never heard her like this on the SYW tour. I think she is much more reserved with FM because she really rocked in Vegas (I only went to the Fri, Sat shows though, so I can't comment about the Tues and Wed shows)

You cannot really tell it from the boot because the sound is a little bad, but during Rhiannon, the first "WELL I don't think you do!" was the loudest I have ever heard her do that - she was on top if the mic. Ditto for the "DON'T LEAVE ME!" - I think she even tried on this one  WE LOVE YOU STEVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wavey:

At 3:10 on Sorcerer, Stevie does not go low on the Yeeeaaaaaaa - that is cool. Also, anything after around 3:50 - you can hear how AWFUL the echo was in that theatre. You can hear the reverating drum. I spoke with some of the band members after the show and they were like - the sound echo was AWFUL in there

I think it topped Thurs., which was great. I have heard sniglets of Tues. and Wed., but not the whole thing and I saw it live only on Fri. and Sat. On Sat., she realy sang the notes to the songs in a better fashion than usual - though she was on at all the shows, she was most more on for the Sat. I am listening to Landslide and she is inflecting unlike the SYW shows.

Right under "Features, Stevie, Interactive, More" there is the date May 28, then is says "vegas downloads" and "downloads" is in pink. If you click that, the list of downloads shows up at the right hand of the screen. Then, you can see all the vegas titles in pink, but to actually dl them you have to scroll way down until you see the titles of the song again. That's where you dl. :wavey:

"Rhiannon" is a bit faster than we've heard it in recent years -- a definite improvement! One of the problems with that song lately is that the tempo has gotten too draggy.

Yep, I'm on dial up too. But it seems to work if I only do one at a time and try not to do much else at the same time!
Also, the first time I downloaded one I only got 30 seconds. I tried it again and when WMP popped up it said the song length was still only 30 seconds but when I played it the whole song was actually there. I case you were relying on the 'puter to tell you how much of the song there is. :wavey:

If anyone cares, the Saturday show was recorded on the far, far right of the stage on the 2nd row. The sound was a little...muffled there. It gets a little noiser during E017 when I made the stage dash. :sorry: (One guy would not shut up!) Still, she was on fire that night. What a great way to end her Vegas run.

Even though she didn't do cartwheels on stage and the setlist was not too adventurous the Vegas shows were awesome! She is in top form and listening back to it now it is pretty obvious that this is some of her best stuff in years and years... And I wish there were video from Saturday night because I have never seen her shake her groove thing the way she did that night. She was doing little dances all over the place.

Rhiannon sucks on the Dance. At least now she is attempting to be a little wild towards the end (this bootleg has a really passionate ending and does the Live in Boston version). On the Dance it is way too tame and just fizzles...

Totally! "How Still My Love" is especially a treat... It's almost as if she was able to reach back and channel her Bella Donna voice- the whispered vocals and cooing and all. It's hot! I seriously have not heard a Stevie show this spirited and dead-on in... I can't even remember how many years. And she just kicks "Fall from Grace" to the curb. Sheebus! I'll bet she realized that singing is like any other skill you have- you use it or lose it. Hence, we've got three mini-tours from la Nicks this year. It's almost like she is hungry for it again.

I don't remember FFG being this good on Saturday night but it sounds amazing on the bootleg! I must have momentarily become unconsious because I don't remember her getting so... loud and feisty!
How Still My Love- it is so funny that you can hear all the security guards going crazy, telling people to "back up" and the fans swarming the stage getting ready for Edge. It brings back good memories!

At that point in the show all I could see was Stevie's massive bodyguard. He shoved me a couple times, and I was being perfectly anglic. Pfft.

I was BELTING INTK on Fri. night and in my marg. saturated brain had the HORRIFYING thought that the person next to me was recording  Then, I came to find out a week or so later it was gay porn star next to me  A friend hauled over to my house and was like "Did you see THIS guy in Vegas" -- I was like  at the end of the concert he was standing in front of me. He appeared to be having a GREAT time in the stratosphere and for some reason kept dancing wildly even when the music stopped

I so hope so. I haven't heard any complete audio boots yet from Wednesday. I can't remember exaclty what song it was, but it was toward the middle of the set. The voice of Curtis' mom came from the back of Section 4.
It was really loud & really deep - Curty, you should tell your mom to cut down on the hormones.

I just put this show up at Dime, for those of you who want a lossless copy. This is my first attempt at seeding, so hopefully it works out okay!

(Thanks again for the show, Mike!)
What's a lossless copy and "seeding"? (I'm bad at all this tech stuff). But I did download the songs from your site and LOVE it! Thanks so much, and to whoever taped it at the show. I love all your pics too, it's the hugest Stevie photo gallery I've ever seen! I love it.

Finally Stevie's putting more inflection into her vocals. I haven't heard that in awhile.
When she says that they spent a lot of time looking through old videos and home movies and stuff to see what they might want to do at the Vegas show...maybe it sort of brought back stuff to her that she hadn't heard of or thought of in a while. Like maybe she got into a way of doing some songs live the past years or so, and maybe forgot how she used to do them live? Am I rambling, can't seem to say this right.... :p
I liked this Vegas show a lot, compared to the past few tours she's done. It was very cool and she sounded so "on" and awesome and into it.
Oh...but when she does mention them looking at old video and home movies, it just makes me long for her to release them!!! Come on, woman! Pleeeeeeeeeeze?!?!? Pretty please, with dreams and chains on top? ;)

It's hot! I seriously have not heard a Stevie show this spirited and dead-on in... I can't even remember how many years. .
Yes, you took the words right out of my mouth! :) That's a great way to describe it. Some concerts she's like that, and others not so much. This one was a classic. A keeper, for sure!

At 3:10 on Sorcerer, Stevie does not go low on the Yeeeaaaaaaa - that is cool.
I hope no one gets mad at this comment, but ya, I liked Sorcerer better on this Vegas show than on her TISL tour. I *love* the demo for Sorcerer with Fleetwood Mac. It's always been an absolute favorite song of mine ~ very wild and intense. I always wished she'd do it on an album someday. But when I heard it on TISL, I was so bummed out. I didnt' like it much at all. It sounded droney and dull (like a lot of Sheryl Crow's songs sound to me - this is the part of the comment Ihope no one gets mad at...I've just never been a Sheryl fan, I only like 1 or 2 of her songs, really dislike most of her music, think it's dull, droney sometimes, and boring - but that's just me, I understand she has tons of fans so that's cool too). The version on TISL sounds too much like a Sheryl Crow song, and to me, it lost all its passion and energy that the old demo has. Made me wish she either made Lindsey do it with Fleetwood Mac, or that she had John Shanks produce it. Oh well. But anyways, this live version was a wee bit better than the TISL tour version.

You may be right. There's definitely something VERY different about the way Stevie sang in Vegas(at least for the Sat show) and the Philly show, from the way she was singing on SYW and her most recent solo tours. Color me impressed, and for the first time, in a long time, I'm REALLY excited about going to see her live on this tour. The girl's got it going on! :woohoo:

This Fall From Grace is like something Ive never heard out of her before (in the last 7 years or so) Thats why Im so upset it currently not in the set list. She Really kicks the shit of that song. listen to the MAYBE I MADE THE WHOLE THING UP" she sounds like freaking Janis. And of course there's the WALK OUT THAT DOOR.

I agree, that song should be everywhere, I love it. It's screamy, rockin Stevie at her best.

Don't worry, you'll hear it. That is, if you're seeing her when Mr. Henley exits stage left. :D
