I was just at Target browsing around and picked up a Billboard: Songs that Hit #1 During the 80s CD. Hold Me was in the track listings. Did it hit #1 on some sort of chart, or is this just a fluke?

It's just a fluke. "Hold Me" came close to No. 1, but got only to No. 4.

I knew it was Top 5 but didn't know about AC chart position.

According to the booklet in The Very Best Of Fleetwood Mac CD, "Hold Me" got up to #4 on the Billboard chart & #7 on the Adult Contemporary chart. Chris had 4 #1 hits on the AC charts, but "Hold Me" wasn't one of them.
