Gee, I guess that means that DVD must be scrapped, too. I can't say that I feel bad about that.

Although I'm excited about the Atlanta show...I'm beginning to agree, what is the point in just a few shows? This is the most unorganized "tour" in history I think..Hopefully Atlanta isn't cancelled, or I'll really be pissed...Why doesn't Stevie just do a little solo tour this summer, if these shows with Don are just a huge scheduling conflict?

We never said the DVD was going to be shot at Jones Beach. What we said is that we knew they were planning a DVD from this tour and that it made sense to do it over 2 nights.

Since events in Eagleland have prompted the cancellation of this tour, we're not sure if the DVD project is still a go.

Of course, they could come back and add more dates in the fall.

When is the Eagles' fall tour "over"?

I think this whole tour will be canceled within the next few days. I can feel it in my bones! Even though I am a little upset, the Las Vegas shows certainly soften the blow.

Won't they be going in the studio in the fall? I don't know but I am so confused.

I'm still confused. Add a show, drop a show, and so on. Just decide already!

Too bad Stevie isn't doing Vegas in July..when I drive to California, I could stop by..Oh well I guess she doesn't make her schedule around me, huh? Lol

I don't think it will be cancelled..I think they will end up doing about 10 shows...and that's it. They haven't cancelled any dates that are on sale. It does seem rather weird to rehearse for only a few shows though...

Yes, I know that Iam lucky to be able to go to Vegas. However, there are a lot of fans who live in the south, midwest, west coast, etc that can't make it out there and were really hoping to see a show close to home. I really feel for those people.

To my understanding they are supposed to do some recording in July...and their tour resumes in August

The Eagles have nothing scheduled after Oct. 7th.

Update: Just to make us liars....the Eagles have added dates in the Bay Area for Oct. 10th and 11th.

No they really shouldn't.

This little tour they are doing is ruining my Vegas plans as we speak.

Gotta agree with Curtis on this one. I really think they should call the whole thing off. Somehow I feel it won't because of all the VIP crap and the commercial I saw. But I just think it would be a good move to can this.

Their tour in June is ruining your May Vegas plans? Doesn't make much sense.

Seriously.... It was a crappy idea to begin with... they should just cancel the whole tour... Don can do his Eagles thing and Stevie can work on her solo album... It's just not worth doing for 10 shows...

Not to mention the East and Northeast... There was just NO way I could swing Vegas. I was so happy that she was going to be in my neck of the woods. But no more. I wonder if they realize what a sour taste this leaves in fans' mouths. We get all excited, and then get knocked down. I don't get what they're doing with this tour. It's on, it's off. A show here, cancelled there. Come on. This is not professional.

Do we know for sure that there aren't going to be ANY July dates, or is this all still somewhat speculated given Don's comment from his interview last week?

This whole TOUR has been pure speculation... we don't know anything for sure because no one seems to want to put out any official word on anything...

Yeah, we just don't know all the dates, which other ones are going to be cancelled, etc. This is a seriously screwed up way to run a tour...if this can even be called that, considering how few dates there are.

Since my "vegas group" found out about her coming in June they've decided to go there instead.

To be fair, most fans never would have even known that some of these venues were possibilities. Since the Ledge has "spies" ;) or should I say people that search the web long and hard for any info, even if it is not a reliable source, we find out things before they are really official. So, in reality, only one or two official dates were canceled on ticketmaster. That's just my two cents. But I agree, this is extremely unorganized and...

I suggest no one make travel plans for these concerts for the time being unless you want to seriously get fucked with a ton of nonrefundable tickets for air, hotel, etc.

My show was one that was actually on Ticketmaster. Tickets were to go on sale last Saturday. I also got one of those "Don't miss Stevie Nicks and Don Henley" emails from Ticketmaster. It was official. One cancellation is too many, in my opinion. Especially when it was announced the Monday... and cancelled not FOUR days later. THAT, is disorganized and unprofessional. Though, I do believe, it was set - and then Don pulled out of July to stay in the studio with his "other band." Grrr. I just don't understand why Stevie couldn't do it solo. She'd have the playlist - she could do the Vegas show.
