Here are the button pin choices for Las Vegas. If someone can come up with something better, go ahead. I'm very limited when it comes to graphics software. :(

We might have to get Administrator permission to use a couple of them because they use the board logo.

So we can either vote for just one or take your pick. Feel free to make editing suggestions.

If you print one out, open it in Paint first. I printed one from the browser viewer and it came out like something Flavor Flav would wear around his neck.

"Do you always trust your first initial feeling..." hehe - - that was the first one out of the shoot, then I sorta went CRAZY! :]

So whoever wants to wear one as a pin button could probably alter the size a bit if needed, cut it out and tape or glue it to one you already have, if you can't find one of those maker thingies. That's prolly what I'll do. Schmaltzy, eh? :D

Lis - Do we have permission to use The Ledge Logo?

Is there anybody besides you three who's actually going to walk around Caesar's palace sporting one of these things taped over their old Kerry/Edwards 2004 buttons or something? I think it would be best for you to just meet up somewhere looking normal. Not trying to rain on the parade... but you'd feel pretty silly if no one else was wearing them, so I think you should make sure there are others who are into this first. Who knows, maybe there are.

LOL.. how did you know i had a Kerry/Edwards 2004 button? ;)

It's just a button, it's not like we'll be wearing "Stevie 2005" capes or something. And a few people already said they'd like to do something like this.

I'll probably pin it on my purse or something.

I like the first one too. :blob1:

I literally don't have any buttons. Nothing to paste it on. I'd have to buy a button. Not that that's a big deal. I just suddenly realized I didn't have any, and thought that was weird, then wrote it... :D

All those buttons are fine buttons.

They'll do the trick, as Gramps used to say.

For Amber and anyone else interested... I called trophy shops and t-shirt shops... (the kind where they stencil whateveryouwant on a plain t-shirt) and asked if they made pin buttons. While none of those shops in my town made them, I did get a referral to a store that did.

You could also call local elementary and middle schools if you're brave enough or know someone who works at one. Lots of times they have pin button makers and are really nice, helpful type of folks to deal with.

Good luck. :o

you guys can go to any craft store, like Michaels or AC Moore and get an empty button. You then just open it up and put in whatever photo you want after you cut it to size. Sort of like those keychain things that hold photos.
I have a ton of buttons that I used to collect from the eighties tours when I was young and much odder. I put them on a duffel bag ...just because I have no idea what to do with them anymore. I think the last one I bought at a show was the OSOTM...although someone gave me a TISL one. I would not wear a button on my shirt but I would definately pin it to my bag or something like that.

I am not sure what is so embarrassing about a pin? Don't make one if you don't like the idea. I would never dream of dressing up in Stevie garb but I know some people dig that kind of stuff....

I would imagine so! I guess I should double check w/ Marty but I don't see why not...
