...Where are y'all getting the tour dates for the Nicks/Henley thing? I see that one show listed on Ticketmaster, but if there's another list with more dates and details somewhere else, I'd like to check it out. I was so turned off by this at first, but when Pattie (I think it was Pattie) announced that they'd be coming to New Orleans, the idea of actually seeing STEVIE NICKS IN PERSON filled my head and I was so, so excited. I can't help it. And my parents like Don Henley, I guess. :shrug: Maybe my Mom would want to go. Honestly, I figured that there was a very slim chance that I would ever see Stevie or any of them, but now it seems better than slim. I know that I'm irrational and not really living in the real world, but the idea of BEING IN THE SAME ROOM WITH STEVIE NICKS is exhilirating to me! :blob2: :blob2:

The New Orleans info came from us. We run an Eagles website (www.eaglesfans.com) and we've been lurking here since we heard about the Don/Stevie tour. :) A friend of ours in Louisiana heard about the show in New Orleans and let us know. The concert is July 16th at the New Orleans Arena. Tickets go on sale May 13th. We don't have any price info yet. An official announcement is expected soon.

I soooooo would like to go as New Orleans is sort of my home town - In a nutshell, I grew up there and in Lafayette. I am on vacation the week before and would literally have to fly from the beach to NOLA with my dogs in tow. But, hotels inb NOLA take dogs (Scotties) so - I think I'll reserve a room just in case :cool:

BTW - was that ME earlier saying I was not traveling all over to see this concert :laugh:

Also, dachshunds are amongst the collest dogs EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

welcome Henley fans. I became a henley fan last weekend. Saw the Eagles at Continental arena in east rutherford and then the next night in atlantic city. Was awesome! So i for one can't wait for these concerts.
