Strangely a month ago, I've heard Rooms on Fire at the radio :blob1: . I was at work and almost jumped on my chair. When I told about it to a colleague of mine, she didn't want to believe me, because in her opinion, nobody knows who Stevie Nicks is... I know, I work with an idiot...

This post inspired me (as usuak) to a new thread.

How many times have you hear big mistakes or confusions about singers or bands? For example. few years ago I was checking cnn.com and learned Sonny Bono has passed away. It was very sad

So I jumped from my chair and comment to all fellows at work.. "Hey, Sonny Bono has died".
A friend of mine looked at me and said... "So it's the end of U2!!!"

Do you have stories like that?

Want to feel old? I worked in a record store while in high school. (many moons ago) and two kids were looking at a new Paul Mcartney albumn.

One kid says to the other - "Did you know he was in a band before going solo? I think it was called WINGS"

HULLLLOOOOOOO! um........ever hear of the Beatles? They had no clue.
