Ok, wishful thinking but I'm hoping they have bonus tracks on the US release. Something special, or different artwork. Maybe? no?

Yes, that is wishful thinking, although I'd love if there were bonus tracks(maybe a few of those unreleased songs on Dan Perfect's computer). :) But, I think it'll probably be the same as the U.K. release. I'm still going to buy the U.S. release anyway even though I already have the U.K. release.
I'm curious, if the Us and Uk releases were exactly the same why would you buy it again? I could understand if there were bonus tracks, but Us cd's NEVER have bonus tracks. Btw, I have the Uk copy. Beautiful album. :)

I'm a HUGE Christine McVie fan & I'm a completist. I have 3 copies each of her first 2 solo albums. And, I LOVE In The Meantime. :)
Three of each, eh? While you're at it, you might as well add Canada's release, which is due this Tuesday, July 27. :)
Why the Us version was pushed back so far from it's original July release date is beyond me. Something tells me that KOCH records, the distributor here, isn't as confident about the album as their press release led people to believe. Who knows.

I agree. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense for Koch to push back the U.S. release by so much. They certainly did lose some sales to online U.S. fans who bought the U.K. release instead of waiting several months. Some fans on the Ledge have spoken very negatively about the Koch label in general, so who knows. I also wonder if Chris is going to do ANY press or promotion here in the U.S.
I think I'll pass on Canada's release.
