Hi!
I've been looking for the uncut version of the HBO concert from 81. I have found it on CD. It is rated as a soundboard disc. Does anyone know if there is a video of this or DVD? Thanks! :)

I would love to see an uncut video of this show, but I have only ever seen the original HBO concert video.

I've been looking for the uncut version of the HBO concert from 81. I have found it on CD. It is rated as a soundboard disc.It's not a soundboard. It's a radio broadcast, & it's not quite complete (Think About It, After the Glitter Fades, Blue Lamp & Leather & Lace weren't included).
Does anyone know if there is a video of this or DVD?The uncut show? Don't think so -- not in wide circulation, anyway. It's always possible somebody's sitting on it. At the rate things are going, though, maybe it will surface soon. Maybe John Stewart's wife shot some home movies of it.

I know a very short clip of Stevie's opening night in Beverly Hills was shown on the local news.

Hey, thanks for the info. I just saw the whole HBO show tonight, and was thinking there had to be more to it! They had to cut Blue Lamp didn't they? Well, I guess I am hopeful that it may surface one of these days. That show rocked! Where can I find this clip from opening night? I'm sure its on some compilation film. And, might be a dumb question, but why would Johns wife shoot some home movies of it? Never heard this before. At any rate, thanks for the info.
