A new section has been added, with contributions from many of Stevie's back up singers. It's great to read these ladies "in their own words!"

Love the mention of Stevie at the bowling alley.
How long until the rented (platform) bowling shoes come up on ebay?
This addition to the Nicksfix is so cool. Just the other day I was going to "Ask Stevie" how she met Mindy. Now we get to read it in Mindy's words, and unlike Stevie, she writes full paragraphs!
I'm wondering who else should be added. Did Elisecia Wright (I think that's the name) from the RR video do more than that tour? I love her in the Tina wig, boogying/shakin' the moneymakers during Edge. Also, will Sandy Stewart be added? That seems to be a big omission.

I'd loooove to hear the B&B demo demo that Lori sang on. I'd love to hear the Sara demo too.

Wow what a great surprise! Nicksfix is kicking some butt with great info and material. Definitly fan club needs to wise up.
I love reading about how everyone met and what is their favorite song. Definitly agree with Lori, I looooove Solid Gold "Nightbird".

Jake-
Elisecia Wright also did the Tango in the Night tour. She's on the Tango video...I love that woman, so I'm hoping she gets added soon...along with Sandy Stewart.

Thanks for the info. She's sure got pizzazz, for lack of a better word.
What happened to her? Did Sharon & Lori feel upstaged or something? (I'm kidding here, but I do wonder why she stopped going on the tours.)

Tamara, I think you misread. She refers to the SNL version of Nightbird, which is also a favorite of mine.
BTW, and yes, I really am this petty, but when Flip Wilson hosted that episode he gives Stevie a great intro, but at the end of the show when everyone's on stage, he forgets to thank Stevie for performing. The host ALWAYS thanks the musical guest. Of course he just forgot, but why did it have to be the night SHE was on the show?
Okay, I'm over it.:wavey:

My point was that she said she loved singing a duet song "Nightbird" with Stevie and I replied that the SG version was my favorite. How did I misread that? ;)

My mistake, I misread. I thought that when you wrote you agreed with Lori, you meant the show, too.
