I really want to find a necklace like the one Stevie used to wear. I just want a plain silver one....all the ones I find online have stuff all over them. Does anyone know where I can find one that is just plain???
Thanks!

Oh YAY!!! Thanks so much!
I have the pyramid pendant from Camias Designs. It was a gift from a friend. I can tell you that they are GREAT! I was also thinking of getting the crescent moon, too.

Hi berry!
I know the crescent moon pendant search very well ~ it has, in itself, become a mission to the point of obssesion.
Well I'm here to tell you ~ cease all efforts in your search.
My advise to you is to simply go to your favorite Jeweler in your area and have your very own crescent moon pendant made.
It's not that expensive to do since it is simple in design, the mold is fairly easy to cast and you can even have him/her make your very own design ~ and even better still ~ have it engraved to personalize it...which is always nice ~
Sometimes there are traveling Gem and Jewlery shows that come to your area that are open to the general public that you may attend which will give you an opportunity to meet some very talented craftsman who will be able to make you your pendant for a song.
Also, you will be able to purchase metal and other materials at a discount price or even wholesale!
I know this because I religiously attend my Gem and Jewelery shows in San Hose, CA. Artisians from all over the country are represented there. That is where I found the maker of my crescent moon pendant.
I envision your custom made crescent moon pendant crafted out of white gold with pure silver accent on the edge, you could even design a interlocking crescent to mimic an eclipse that can be separated so as to be able to offer it to a significant other perhaps...
...never mind all of the engraving possibilities. Let your imagination go wild. :)
Once the cast is made you may be able to purchase additional pieces for less, that you may give as gifts to people in your circle as tokens of love or kindredship.
If you do want something that does truly evoke Stevie's crescent moon pendant in design ~ do keep in mind that her famous crescent moon pendant is perfectly flat in design and not a rounded piece like some you may have seen. Most of her jewelry is and was engraved, as was her wonderfully symbolic triangle pendant. Often she would engrave these pieces with numbers, like her lucky number "3", following the principles of numerology.
Although, the rounded ones do look a little more interesting with a 3-D look!
I think in the long run you'll find it to be a great investment to have this custom-made. It will become your very own heirloom to be passed down to your loved ones to fight over, and it will be one of your very own treasures to cherish!
...just like Stevie's treasured gold cross.
Life, Love, and Magick~

Hi everybody!
I also personally would like to extend my offer to fabricate the moons and pyramids for anyone who's interested. I have been making them for several years for Stevie fans and myself included. I offer sterling or gold, depending on your price range. A crescent moon and a pyramid pendant are both only 40.00 in sterling. If you're interested, stop by at www.camiasdesigns.com/steviependants.htm and I'll be happy to make a set. These, too, are flat like Stevie's. The pictures at the site aren't great quality, as they're scanned, but check out the guest book for feedback, should you so desire.
Thank you all!

Kelly your pieces are amazing! :)
It was painful to browse through your site!
I would love to see you come to the Gem and Jewelry shows on the west coast sometime.
It's also nice to know that someone has a passion for making the charming jewelery that makes Stevie so special ~ it adds to the vibration to the particular piece that is crafted

Hi Gypsy Sara and Tommy!
Thank you for your kind words and I do enjoy making these pieces, and even though those pictures are pretty terrible, they are not a reflection of the actual pieces themselves.
I hope the painful part of the site perusing wasn't the site itself as I know it's so slow to download...very image intense! I am coming out to Los Angeles sometime at the end of the year...would love to be in the gem and jewelry shows!
Again, thank you, and it's nice to be a member of the boards!
Blessings~~

Hi Pip!
Absolutely! Whenever you're ready just give me a cyber hollar and I'll be happy to make you something. I'm also working on the moonstone ring she wore along with the pendants...I love moonstone myself and can see how her simple designs hold so much mystery and elegance.

Hi everyone!
I've gotten the moonstone bracelets done that Stevie wore back in her prime. The two that she wore in the late 70's. They are made with a variety of semi-precious gemstones, if you have a preference, but the moonstone is outrageously expensive. So, I used frosted quartz, howlite, and blue mist chalcedony. Anyhow, the pictures don't really do the pieces justice but they are there if you want to take a looksie. The smaller moonstone cuff will be up shortly but I do have the larger one finally finished after all this time! Some of you have been asking me for a over a year now.
It's www.camiasdesigns.com/steviependants.htm
Please note the photos are scanned images and are just horrible representations of the work but clicking a camera seems to escape me completely.
Thank you all for looking and let me know if the bigger cuff seems pretty accurate. You stare at it long enough, you begin to lose some perspective.
